🔹 Refund Policy

After a Paid Service has been delivered properly and in full, the funds spent on it are non-refundable.

If the service was not delivered in full or was delivered improperly (for example, the account balance was not credited or the credited amount differs from the paid amount), the customer has the right to request a refund by contacting support@promoflow.store. The customer may receive either a full refund or a replacement service.

The review and refund processing time is up to 15 business days.

The period for submitting a refund request is 7 business days.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.

This document is an official public agreement (public offer) between the service provider (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) who uses the services of promoflow.store.

  • Customer — any user who places and pays for an order

🔹 3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Provider delivers social media promotion services according to the selected package.

3.2. The full list of services is available on the website.

3.3. The specific services are determined by the Customer’s order.


🔹 4. Service Delivery & Payment

4.1. Services are provided only after full payment.

4.2. The Customer places an order via the website.

4.3. Payment is processed via supported payment methods.

4.4. Once payment is completed, the order is activated.

4.5. Services are typically delivered within the specified timeframe.

4.6. Services are considered completed if no complaint is submitted within 24 hours after delivery.


🔹 5. Refund Policy (Extended)

5.1. The Provider is not responsible for any removal of delivered engagement by third parties (e.g., social media platforms).

5.2. No refunds will be issued if:

  • incorrect link was provided
  • account/content is unavailable or restricted
  • content violates platform rules

5.3. If a wrong link is provided but the service is still delivered — the order is considered completed.

5.4. If the link is invalid and the service cannot be delivered — funds remain on the account balance.


🔹 6. Rights & Obligations

6.1. The Provider agrees to deliver services; the Customer agrees to pay.

6.2. The Customer must review the Terms before using the service.

6.3. Both parties are responsible for fulfilling their obligations.


🔹 7. Dispute Resolution

7.2. Response time: up to 30 business days.

7.3. If no agreement is reached, disputes may be resolved under applicable laws.

8.10. If the service cannot be delivered due to Provider fault — funds may be returned to balance.

8.12. The Customer agrees to data processing related to orders.

8.14. No refunds if the Customer requests order cancellation after it has started.
